Shipping and Returns
We can ship to almost every address in the world. However, there are restrictions and limitations on certain products. These specific products are unable to be shipped to certain addresses.

Packages will usually arrive within 3 to 7 days, depending on the shipper used and the destination.
You will receive confirmation and tracking information promptly once your order is shipped.
If you have any questions once shipment is confirmed, you will need to reach out directly to the company delivering your order (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Once the shipper has received your order, we are no longer able to control it’s whereabouts.
When you place your order, we will estimate shipping costs and give an estimate for delivery based on the method of delivery chosen.
Shipping costs will be based on the weight of the items ordered and their end destination.
We encourage you to choose a “safe” shipping address. If you feel the potential is there for a package to be taken or stolen from your shipping address (the dreaded porch pirates) we recommend using an alternate shipping address. You can use your work address, a friend or family member that will be home and can accept the package for you, or any other address that you feel is reliable. We can also offer “signature required” shipping methods. Keep in mind, someone over the age of 18 will need to be present at the address to sign for the package or it will not be delivered if this option is chosen.
Once the shipper has marked the package as delivered at your shipping address, there is nothing more we can do. You will be responsible for taking up a delivery claim with the appropriate shipper.
All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the outside of the box. The RA# must be obtained from US Amplifiers, LLC prior to returning the item. The RA# can be obtained by calling customer service or by emailing email@example.com.
Returns for refund or exchange (NOT manufacturer’s defect) will be accepted within 14 days of original receipt of item.
Item must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. This is defined as: without showing signs of wear, damage or use in any way. The item must be returned in the original packaging, along with a copy of the original sales receipt. The original packaging must be placed inside a secondary box to protect it during the return process. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns for warranty (manufacturer’s defect) will be accepted for 365 days (one year) from date of original receipt of item.
You must obtain a RA# prior to returning the item for warranty reasons.
Warranty items must be packaged to protect the item and a copy of the original sales receipt must be included in the box. At our discretion the item will be repaired or replaced. You will be advised of our decision within 48 hours of receipt, upon our inspection of the defective item. Shipping costs for warranty items will be paid by US Amplifiers, LLC.
Any return made after 14 days of receipt, without contacting us will not be honored.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Photo evidence will be required.
